The Family Care Manager oversees, develops, and grows our family care services. This position supervises and supports teams of volunteers in local partner churches who are serving isolated families in the greater Charlotte, NC area. This role provides end-to-end safety oversight of child hostings, training and coaching for volunteers, and is responsible for ongoing development and impact measurement of our family care programs.
